As you know, a puzzle is more than its pieces, which is how we see our relationships with our clients and partners. By bringing together all parties involved in a project, by sharing all our knowledge and information, we believe we can achieve superior results.

Much in the same way, we collect project information and make it available online, where clients and everyone else working on a project can access it whenever they need to. That's our project tracking system. We also call it extranet.

Not every client requires the same level of detail in tracking information, plus the type of information may vary from one client to another. That is why the Project Tracking System is configured specifically for each client. The fact that you can check – at any time – the status and progress of every single task or operation in each project, is a cornerstone in our way of doing business.

The minimum information we can make available is a project list with completed and ongoing projects, showing the deadlines and the date of the most recent changes. The level of detail linked to each project in the list is entirely customizable; right down to a project timeline with specified durations and target dates for each task. Exactly what information is displayed, will be discussed and decided in cooperation with the client.
